1. Who controls your personal data

ТОВ «РОБОКОД», ЄДРПОУ 42977585 ("Robocode", "we", "us", or "our") is the controller of personal data covered by this Privacy Policy.

This Policy applies to the Robocode partnership website, the Partner Inquiry Form, and communications that follow from an inquiry. It does not govern Robocode children’s education services or the public offer for those services.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the information needed to receive, assess, and respond to partnership inquiries.

• Required inquiry data: name, email address, phone number, country, and area of interest.
• Optional inquiry data: organization and any information you include in the message field.
• Consent records: confirmation that you accepted this Privacy Policy, the Policy version, and the inquiry date and time.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser or device information such as the user agent, request metadata, and reCAPTCHA security assessment signals used to detect spam, fraud, and abuse.

Google reCAPTCHA may use a security cookie, including the _grecaptcha cookie, to provide abuse-prevention services.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data or personal data about children in the Partner Inquiry Form.

3. Why and how we use personal data

We use personal data to process your inquiry, assess potential partnership opportunities, contact you about your request, maintain relevant business communications, protect the form and our systems from spam or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We process the inquiry data on the basis of the consent you provide by selecting the required checkbox. Where applicable, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a partnership arrangement, protect our legitimate security interests, or meet a legal obligation.

You are not subject to a decision producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. reCAPTCHA provides a security assessment, but it does not decide whether Robocode will enter into a partnership with you.

4. Who may receive personal data

Access is limited to people and service providers who need the data for the purposes described in this Policy.

• Authorized Robocode employees and contractors responsible for partnerships, communications, technical support, security, or legal compliance.
• Google Cloud services used for Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, and reCAPTCHA Enterprise security assessments.
• The customer relationship management provider used to store and manage partnership inquiries.
• Professional advisers, public authorities, courts, or other recipients when disclosure is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data or make partnership inquiry data publicly available.

5. International processing

Some service providers may process personal data in countries other than the country where you are located. Where applicable law requires it, Robocode relies on appropriate contractual, organizational, or other safeguards for such processing.

6. How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your partnership inquiry, maintain relevant business communications, and meet applicable legal obligations. When the data is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymized.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal or processing that is required on another lawful basis.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your personal data and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the competent data protection authority or a court.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information when applicable law requires or permits us to do so.

9. Children’s data

The partnership website and Partner Inquiry Form are intended for adults acting on their own behalf or for an organization. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal data from children through this form.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The current version and last-updated date are published on the Privacy Policy page. The version accepted with an inquiry is recorded with that inquiry.
